Dog Walking/Hiking Position for company (Santa Monica)

Come work with us at 4 Paws Walking, a trusted dog walking company specializing in group hikes in the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains! We’re looking for responsible, dog-loving individuals to join our team and lead safe, fun hiking adventures for our pack pups. Position Details: 🚐 Drive Our Company Van: All hikes begin with picking up dogs from clients’ homes in our clean, well-maintained company van (no personal vehicle needed). You must be confident driving a van on surface streets and through canyon roads. 🥾 Group Dog Hiking: Each shift includes hiking with a group of dogs at a time on established mountain trails. Safety and engagement are key! 🐕 Build Real Bonds: You'll work with the same dogs and clients each week—consistency builds trust and makes the job more fun. 🕒 Shifts: Typically 5–8 hours. We’re looking for availability at least 2 days per week (Monday–Saturday). Requirements: Must have a valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record Must be reliable, punctual, and able to handle multiple dogs with confidence Be physically fit and enjoy active, outdoor work Eligible to work in the United States Why 4 Paws Walking?
