Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our facility, including sales, receiving rent, as well as maintaining a clean and professional facility. Prior self storage experience is helpful but not required, as we have hired many successful candidates in the past from other industries; such as retail / sales, apartment management, and other customer service oriented positions. Hours of employment are Saturdays and Sundays, 10am-6pm. Prefer someone who has some flexibility to cover for Manager during weekdays for sick leave and vacation but not required. Work at a pace consistent with changing business volumes and demands throughout the shift. Ability to learn quickly. Ability to understand instructions and request clarification when needed.
