Sacramento Artist Looking for Studio Space to Create (Sacramento)

Hi! I am a local Sacramento acrylic paint artist looking for a space to do my art! Currently all my art and supplies are in storage and I do not have the space in my home to set up a studio. I am looking for a small studio space where I can make my art and store my supplies. I just need the space of a small bedroom and it must be temperature controlled. A space with running water is preferable but not required. Please help this artist get back to creating!
