Hi! My husband and I are moving across the country and are hoping to do so by the beginning of November this next month. We're trying to sell our lease and have someone take over. The lease started in May 2025 and will end at the end of March 2026, so the takeover will be from November 1-5th ish 2025 to March 31st 2026, 5 months. These are all things we are not planning to take with us. About the space: It's a small studio apartment, about 360-370 sq. Feet. Great for a single person or couple who are okay with minimal living. It has a kitchenette (medium fridge, glass stovetop, microwave oven/air fryer appliance), wood floors, wall mounted AC/Heater unit, modern white box shelf, small bathroom with black and white tile & infinity drain. Our room is a great location too, being on the first floor and directly across from a laundry room! Great parking lot, with a huge lot and no assigned spots. You get "two free spots", but can easily do more. No one would notice. Amenities include a fitness center; and the indoor hot tub and indoor and outdoor pools which hopefully they said will open in the next few months. It's a great location, right above the Columbia Center Mall, and within walking distance to lots of restaurants, stores and downtown. Rent is $999/month + utilities (includes unique coverage like pest control, ambulatory care, etc.) which ends up being between $150-$200 depending on your AC/Heater use. Great price for what you get!
