I’m looking for someone to occupy the lower level of my private home. The home is located in South Minneapolis about 5 minutes from Lake Nokomis. The living area has its own privacy wall, separate entrance, and is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, with comfy living area and tiled dining space. There is a stove and refrigerator in the common area of the lower level as well as a laundry room. Quiet neighborhood with several bus routes, close to major freeways, the U of M and downtown Minneapolis. I’m looking for a mature, relatively quiet person, with a full-time job plus rental and work history. New carpet and paint in the stove and refrigerator area. NO smoking. NO pets. Available immediately. Upon lease signing, I will need first month’s rent and damage deposit of $950. Rent includes laundry, off street parking space, water, gas, garbage and recycling.
