I have a small room for rent at $650 in a single family house. The house is very clean, the flooring is nice, no carpet. If you want wifi and washer, the price goes up to $750. There is one bathroom to share. This is a family home so please no smoking or drinking inside. The house is located behind the Walmart on Annapolis Road 50 - near Riverdale, Hyattsville, Bladensburg and DC. It is within walking distance to Walmart, 4 minutes away. There is a deposit of one month's rent and the room is already available 10/1. It is important to me that a person is punctual and responsible with their rent.
