$700 / 1br - Bedroom for rent (Greensboro)

I have a bedroom for rent only for one person in a house shared with 2 other roomates in their late 20s early 30s,, $700 per month kitchen and bathroom are sharable inside the house with 2 other people. I'm renting this room to a responsible person, room is only for one person : electrical, water, and wifi included with one parkin spot. First and last month of rent to move in 1,400 required. Must have a full time job, not working from home, or retired people, preferably a man in his late 20s or 30s.. I do live in the house also, but I work mostly in NYC and I'm barely in greensboro and my unit is completely separated from the part of the house i rent with my own bathroom and mini kitchen so I don't share the space with the tanats..
