$250 Fully-furnished guest-suite for au pair-style childcare exchange (Arlington)

We have a fully-furnished nice little basement space available for the low price of $250 per month! Utilities and internet not included (probably averages $75/month). There is shared laundry, a private bathroom, a private entrance, and a kitchenette with a hot plate, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee machine, etc. You are welcome to upgrade some of those things (for example, if you want to buy a bigger fridge). It has been an airbnb for a while and we've had people stay for months at a time, and been quite comfortable. There's a desk, a tv, and natural light. There is one parking spot in the driveway, and storage available as well. In exchange, we have specific childcare and occasional household needs that you would be responsible for. I have a nine-year-old who goes to school in Newton, and the help we need is: -Taking them to school twice per week & managing the morning routine (breakfast, pack lunch, etc). -Babysitting 2-3 times per month. -Being responsible for the household grocery shopping (weekly). -Helping with occasional household tasks (2-3 times per month). In total, it ends up being roughly 20 hours/month. We can discuss and agree more concretely in the application process.
