Cute home for rent starting in January, my roommate and I are graduating and are needing to find some new tenants! We have loved this house as it is in a great location, 5 min walk from Melrose and a 15 minute walk from Kinnick and UIHC. Currently, there is only 2 of us living in the 4 bedroom house so we are paying 750 which is still a great price for the house, but with 4 roommates, it would be 600! Our landlord is great and super reasonable, and will come help fix whenever anything is needed! The driveway is huge and easily fits 4-5 cars!
