Looking for someone to take over my lease in Arlington / Courthouse starting in November 2025 (current lease ends in February 2026). One bedroom, one bathroom, and connected garage parking is optional at an additional $110 per month. Pets are allowed with fees. Internet and water are included in rent; gas and electricity will need to be paid for separately. Furniture is not included with the lease. The building has a gym, pool/hot tub, and a community center/lounge. There is also a convenience store and a dry cleaner/tailor connected to the building. There is an option to renew/extend the lease past February if needed. The building is a five-minute walk to the Courthouse metro station, and also walking distance to CVS, Whole Foods, and other Courthouse amenities and shops.
