Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at 333 S Pacific Ave, Apt 4, located in Bloomfield. If I was not moving out of state, I wouldn't give this apartment up! I'm hoping to find someone to move in sometime between mid-October through the end of December and I am flexible with the start date; however, I do have to move out by January so it must be before then. The lease ends August 2026 and you will have the option to renew. Below is a description of the unit per my landlord: "Enjoy outdoor leisure time on your personal deck of Unit 4; a spacious, 1st floor, one bedroom apartment in Friendship/Bloomfield area - Easy access to downtown Pittsburgh and Oakland universities; close to hospitals, (Shadyside, West Penn and UPMC Children's), Bloomfield business district and Shadyside; Apartment has a large living room and separate dining room, bathroom; kitchen equipped with gas stove and refrigerator; hardwood floors throughout; coin operated washer and dryer in building; storage locker in basement; Up to 2 cats allowed with payment of a separate pet security deposit; $1,325.00 plus gas and electric.
