Several windows (with mini blinds) for excellent views of surrounding woods and year-round mountains. Plenty of Safe/secure off-street parking. Carport also available included with rent. Rent of $1295 (monthly) includes all utilities (water, sewer, electricity, gas/propane). There is also a security deposit of $1295 refundable if place is left as found! Available September 1st. Looking for a tenant agreement/lease of at least one year (12 months) but prefer longer! References Required! Proof of job and income Required!
