This house is located in Bat Cave, which is ~25 miles from Asheville, Hendersonville, and Black Mountain, and is best suited for someone who works from home or does not need to have a frequent commute to one of the larger nearby towns. The house is on shared land with another home, so there are close neighbors who enjoy sharing company with good community. The vibe is Earth loving and tree hugging! And we love families and kids! Rent is $1250 per month, plus additional for utilities which will include electric, propane, and firewood. Wireless internet service available. Deposit and first month's rent required. Possible work trade opportunities are available to reduce rent, depending on skills offered. Please inquire! Pet friendly on a case-by-case basis, as there are 3 dogs who already live on the land, and we need to assess additional pets to see if they could be a good fit.
