Overall, all of the co-tenants have busy professional careers and the experience is highly independent. The apartment includes a nice backyard, a shared parking space, and an in house laundry unit. It's a comfortable place to live. This is a terrific spot for someone who wants an affordable room in a great location and wants to live independently in a shared space. We are seeking a professional that ideally would want to stay here long term as well as a trustworthy addition who is looking for a place to sleep and do the basics.
