This is a two-bedroom house. There are stuff stored in the other room and the attic. We can discuss about those items Kitchen is equipped. Washer and dryer are in the basement. No pets, no party please. need to show proof of income. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Will be required to do a background check which the fee can be deducted from the rent if everything goes well.
