RDA/DENTAL ASSISTANT (Temp) (mill valley)

We are a small, patient-focused dental practice looking for a temporary dental assistant who is reliable, values teamwork, and is ready to support our experienced and dedicated dental team. We’re proud of the care we provide and treat our patients like family. Our practice includes one doctor and two hygienists, and we all take pride in creating a warm, welcoming environment. What You'll Do: Take digital X-rays and intraoral photographs Assist the dentist with 4-handed dentistry Keep treatment rooms, sterilization, and lab areas clean and organized Manage lab cases to ensure timely delivery Clearly communicate with patients and front desk staff about treatments Assist with inventory and supply management Support the front office when needed Stay proactive to help the practice run smoothly and efficiently What We're Looking For: Comfortable with computers, digital radiographs, and practice management software Strong communication and interpersonal skills A natural problem-solver Familiarity with OSHA standards for disinfection and sterilization Benefits: Competitive Pay We offer salaries that reflect experience and industry standards.
