Front Desk Associate (Ashland)

GREAT OPPORTUNITY! Siskiyou Massage is looking for a part-time to full-time Front Desk Associate to join our team. If successful, you would gain the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment in which you are valued and able to develop your administrative abilities in a medical setting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, very competent in using and adapting to computer software, and possess excellent professional customer service skills. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Communicate efficiently and effectively with clients, office staff, and management Navigate computer scheduling and accounting software Represent the business in a warm and professional manner Answer multi-line phones in a friendly, professional manner Complete all opening, closing, and shift change procedures Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties Perform cleaning duties including laundry, bathrooms, and using leaf blower outside Willingness to expand duties and responsibilities MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED One (1) year of customer service experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Proven success in providing exceptional customer service Be a self-starter **Candidates must pass a background check, drug screen, and other job requirements ** PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS One (1) or more years of experience in a front-office position Bookkeeping experience Previous experience using MindBody and/or Ring Central app OTHER DETAILS Pay Rate: $18 - $22 an hour, DOE Days/Hours: 3-5 days per week, including evenings and weekends Benefits: One 60-min bodywork session per month; flexible scheduling, retirement plan; opportunity for advancement, discounted sessions, professional development, paid time off ABOUT US Siskiyou Massage is a therapeutic clinic in Ashland, offering modalities from a select group of highly skilled therapists.
