Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Assist with changing the client Provide patient care by monitoring health status Meal preparation, reheating meals, and encouraging liquids. Maintain cleanliness in the patient’s living environment, ensuring it is safe and hygienic. Lift and transfer patients safely as needed, using proper techniques to prevent injury.
