DSP Caregiver for Behavioral Group Home (Northridge/North Hills/Granada Hills)

REM California, part of Sevita, has 5 Adult Group Homes in the San Fernando Valley area providing direct support for adults with developmental disabilities (such as Autism, Down's Syndrome, cerebral palsy, etc.). Our DSP/Caregivers assist the individuals with activities of daily living, de-escalate behaviors and follow behavioral plans, go on outings in the community, and cover the household duties in these group homes. We are hiring now for our DSP positions and we have a lot to offer our staff! Pay rate for these homes: $18.10 to $20 per hour - depends on which home you work in, each home has a different pay rate. Position Requirements: Proof of completing High school diploma or G.E.D.
