Adult Guidance and Empowerment Services LLC (A.G.E.S.) serves people with intellectually disabilities in their homes. Our mission is to continually explore the potential of the people we serve. We want to provide every person with the power, choice, opportunities, and a consistent and relevant map to a destination that THEY envision. Providing a community that encourages dreaming and confidence! We are hiring for full-time shifts in Medical Lake; Sunday through Saturday 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am. We are looking for Part-Time in Spokane and Spokane Valley; Saturday doubles 7 am to 11 pm. Pay starts at $18.00 an hour. A.G.E.S. offers great benefits; 401 K, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, PTO, there is $1,000.00 Referral Bonuses. Some of the duties will be Dr Appointments, Grocery Shopping, Enrichment Activities, Light House Cleaning, Cooking and Assisting with medications etc. Applicants must be: Self-Starting Be looking for long term employment. Prideful-embrace their work as a reflection of their dedication and ours to the people we serve, not just a paycheck. Be at least 18 years old. Be able to pass a criminal background clearance-some exceptions exist, depending on circumstances or type of charge. Be flexible enough to complete 75 hours of training (paid) before moving to your particular shift. If you workdays or swing shift you will need a dependable car, driver's license and proof of car insurance but if you work graveyard shifts you will not need a car as long as you have transportation to get to and from work.
