Kubeh has gotten wonderful praise by NY Magazine, Infatuation, Michelin Guide, NPR and much more. The highlight of the restaurant is Kubeh, a sort of Middle Eastern dumpling. Among other dishes, traditional Kubeh dishes to innovative variations are served. Requirements include: • At least 2 years experience as a line cook in a similar environment. • You have food handler's license in NY • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment • Working efficiently, with a sense of urgency • Experience expediting tickets. • Fast Knife skills. • Ability to work clean and organized. • Positive attitudes are a must!!
