Position Objective: Assist with basic kitchen tasks, customer service, keeping the place clean and well-organized, ensuring a positive experience at the taqueria Candidate Profile: Experience in restaurants, cafeterias, or taquerias (desirable) Responsible, punctual, with good attitude and willingness to work in a team Possess leadership skills, speed, multitasking ability focused on service, organization, and effective communication Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends, high-volume environment English required (Spanish is a plus) Provide general team support as needed Responsibilities: Support / Kitchen Area Cut lemons and other basic ingredients Cut papers for tacos Complete the assembly and preparation of tacos before handing them out Assist with quick and simple kitchen tasks Customer Service Greet customers kindly and take orders Ensure correct order delivery Answer questions and provide menu recommendations Handle cash, card, or POS system payments Cleaning and Organization Keep service area, tables, and stations clean and organized Restock basic supplies (napkins, lemons, sauces, etc.) Take out trash and comply with hygiene standards Branch Management Supervise proper branch operations Coordinate staff schedules and attendance Assist with supplier orders and inventory control Report incidents and sales to the owner Will report directly to the owner Constant coordination with taqueros, tortillera, and kitchen staff Frequent contact with customers and suppliers
