Overview Russo Bakery is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented bun/bread packager to join our team. The Packager will play a crucial role in ensuring our bread is inspected, packaged, and prepared for distribution to our customers. This position requires attention to detail, basic math skills, strong communication and the ability to be on your feet throughout the duration of the shift. Applicants should be able to push & pull our bread racks while also bending and lifting our bread trays/crates continuously throughout the shift. Duties Assemble and package bread and buns in accordance with daily orders. Work on an assembly line of 2-6 in stations throughout the day Ensure all product and packaging is of quality. Perform basic math to work through daily order list Requirements Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift product as needed. Job Specifics Full-time, 5 days per week -Sunday, Monday (off Tuesday), Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (off Saturday) $15/hour starting paid weekly 4pm start time, usually a 8-10 hour shift but variable depending on daily orders ** Please note - do not call the office about this position, candidates must email resume to be considered for the position **
