Serve breakfast and lunch in the cafeteria · Knowledgeable about the menu items and ingredients · Organize and work quickly. Know when to restock items · Keep warmers and food at proper temperatures (below 41 ̊ F or above 140 ̊ F). · Keep area clean and sanitized at all times · Help co-workers during rush time or whenever help is needed. · Assist with food check-in and temperature taking. · Assist with doing dishes/pot/pans and general clean-up. · Sweep and mop area at end of day and as needed throughout the service periods. · Assure proper portion control · Assist with recording leftovers on Production software Requirements: · Ability to direct others to follow company policies · Ability to follow verbal directions · Self-motivated and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision · Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job duties · Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines · Time management skills · Organized and able to follow a schedule · Physically able to reach, stretch, bend and walk during daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time; ability to lift up to 25-30 pounds.
