We make our food from scratch and that requires additional skills that aren't taught in most kitchens. Every team member is expected to do any kitchen duty that may be required at any time. That includes washing dishes. Everyone who works in our kitchen does dishes. This position is Part-Time (~28-30 hours/week), yet it has the potential to develop into a full-time job for the right candidate. The initial shifts will be Tuesday from 3PM - 11:30PM, and then Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5PM - 12:30AM.
