We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience preparing high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced kitchen. You will be responsible for dough preparation, topping selection, cooking to order, and ensuring every pizza meets our quality and presentation standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes and restaurant standards Hand-stretch, top, and bake pizzas to perfection using a deck or wood-fired oven Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate supply needs to management Assist with menu innovation and seasonal specials when requested Provide excellent service and teamwork in a busy kitchen environment Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional pizza-making or culinary experience Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, sauce preparation, and oven operation Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and consistency Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
