Hello lovely job seekers of Craigslist! We are looking for 1-2 people at our busy little Onigiri shop! We are currently a little walk up window, but we will be expanding at the end of October and moving into a full sit down location. Looking for 1-2 people who can work 25-35 hours a week. These hours may increase as we transition into the new space. We also operate at Saturday market, so we may be looking for a dedicated market seller! Pay is 17/hr plus tips split between staff which averages 3-4/hr. Must have restaurant experience! A mix of experience would be preferred. A little front of house and service, with basic kitchen abilities. Making Onigiri isn't actually that hard but we don't have a multiple position kitchen so you have to be able to do everything from prep to assembly, dishes to cleaning. Must have a positive attitude and the ability to smile and carry on conversations with customers. This is a very big one now, and will become even bigger in the new space which will be very sushi bar like in that you will be directly in front of customers preparing their food. Responsible for providing quality service to guests and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
