About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook will play a key role in preparing high-quality dishes according to our recipes and standards, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and cleanliness in the kitchen. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for food and hospitality. Key Responsibilities • Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and quality standards. • Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times. • Assist with food preparation (chopping, marinating, portioning) as directed. • Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures. • Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service. • Monitor food quality and freshness, reporting any issues to the kitchen supervisor or chef. • Assist with inventory management by reporting low stock or waste. • Uphold a safe and respectful work environment. Qualifications • Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar role preferred. • Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices. • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment. • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
