Risbo is an elevated fast-casual French rotisserie restaurant with a full bar in the heart of Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. We roast all of our meats on a spit, in true tradition, to bring a little French flavor to Brooklyn cuisine. This type of spindle turning, where the meat is marinated, skewered, and roasted, allows us to offer you high-quality cooking. We offer a multitude of dishes and meats, featuring roasted chicken, leg of lamb, pork shoulder, duck, and whole branzino. LINE COOK FOR IMMEDIATE TRAINING/HIRING PART TIME (3 days a week) FULL TIME position (40h per week) (include weekend) Attractive schedule with early close 3pm-11pm (we close the kitchen at 10pm) $20-$22/hr.
