Line Cooked needed for "THE BEST NEW RESTAURANT IN BOCA RATON" Join our quickly growing team at Medi Terra, a vibrant a chef-driven dining destination featuring cuisine from around the Western Mediterranean. Named "Best new restaurant in Boca Raton" by Boca Magazine in 2023. Position starts at $20-$23/ hour with 30-40 hours per week guaranteed. Hourly rate increases based on individual's performance and responsibilities. Previous full-service restaurant experience is a must. If you’re a person who is motivated, reliable, a team player, willing and eager to work with and learn from a renowned Chef and can multitask, we want to hear from you! Specific Task and Duties include but not limited to: -Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies -Follow prep lists and recipes -Prepare menu items for service in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff -Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions - Assist with receiving and stocking supplies as needed -Ensure that food comes in a timely fashion and meets standards -Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers -Clean up station at end of shift, participate in routine deep cleans of Back of House Please email resume or call 561.367.9779 to schedule an interview.
