We also operate our cafe, VALERIE ECHO PARK, where we serve breakfast and lunch, as well as our pastries, chocolates, cakes, and other specialty items. Our products are also available at select retail partners, both locally and nationally. We are currently interviewing for our open positions, which include: ______________________________________________ LINE COOK LINE COOK should have at least 2 years experience, with solid knife skills, and an ability to work multiple stations, including working Dish/Prep as needed. Must be comfortable cooking eggs. This position may also be dealing with some pastry work, so candidates with sweet & savory experience are encouraged to apply. Weekend and early morning availability a must. ______________________________________________ All applicants should be friendly, reliable, and hard-working, with good attention to detail.
