Hiring: Host at Astronaut City (Arcadia, CA) Astronaut City is a brand-new bar and live entertainment venue in Arcadia, CA, featuring nightly karaoke, comedy shows, music events, and more. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Host to join our crew and help create an unforgettable experience for our guests. About the Role As a Host at Astronaut City, you’ll greet guests, check IDs, clean the facility, host karaoke nights, and assist the bartender. A friendly personality and ability to work well in a team is a must. Responsibilities *Greet and serve guests quickly and with a positive attitude *Check IDs *Operate Square POS to ring in sales and manage tabs *Set up audio equipment *Support the team with general venue upkeep (cleaning, restocking, etc.) Requirements *Strong customer service and communication skills *Must be 21+ with valid ID * RBS certification preferred *Availability for night and weekend shifts (we are open 7 PM–12 AM) *Reliable, punctual, and a team player *Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs What We Offer *$18/hour + tips *Employee membership in the Astronaut Club (20% discounts off-shift) *Fun, supportive, and safe work environment *Opportunity to be part of a new, creative bar and entertainment space in Arcadia 📍 Location: Astronaut City, 1037 S Baldwin Ave, Arcadia, CA 🕒 Shifts: Evenings, weekends, some holidays How to Apply: Email your resume, a short intro, and availability.
