ANA Bar and Eatery, located on the second floor of Hudson Yards, is seeking a manager to oversee a bar and fast casual concepts. www.anafoodandwine.com ANA is a beautiful, vibrant property with a great staff that is responsible and hard-working. Candidates would be responsible for interacting with the public, ensuring that all guests receive their food and beverages, and, when scheduled, that all events proceed smoothly. Candidates must have experience: With bars and upscale casual dining Office skills, computer use for answering event and catering emails Preferred POS system: Toast Communication, including telephone skills Proactive, problem-solving skills Communicate well with the Chef and staff Excellence in Hospitality Schedule: Friday 12 PM - 10 PM Saturday 12 PM - 10 PM Sunday 12 PM- 10 PM (during November/December 10-10) Physical Requirements. Managers must be able to remain in a stationary position and move or traverse a dining area for extended periods during a shift, including standing for 8+ hours a day. Must be able to transport food, beverages, and restaurant furniture weighing up to 50 pounds. Requires the use of hands to handle and control the point of sales system. Must be able to sustain physical activity for long periods without becoming tired or out of breath. Must be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, or crawl.
