Bonita Golf Course is a successful recreational operation that has served the public since 1956! We are seeking an awesome addition to our Food and Beverage Management Team. This is a hands-on position that contributes alongside a cohesive Management Team. BGC is not a structured corporate grind; we are privately owned public golf course that gets busy and loves every minute of it! Prospective Candidates must be organized with a smile, while juggling! Qualifications and Characteristics: Minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage service and sales. (we have to know you like this industry) Must be available to work weekends. Ability to provide direction to staff/crew. Demonstrates strong organizational, verbal and written skills. Ability to interact effectively in a positive and helpful manner with staff, coworkers, guests and management in all aspects of the job. Professional and hospitable demeanor. Fun to work with! Ability to work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks and pay attention to detail.
