ShareSpilt Milk is hiring full-time dishwashers. We are looking for someone with a positive, team oriented mentality. Duties & Responsibilities: Hand wash, dry, and put away all dishes for front and back of house Maintain a clean and orderly dishwashing station including scrubbing down and cleaning inside, outside, underneath, and around dishwashing sink at the end of your shift Inform back of house manager if we are running low on dishwashing supplies (soap, sanitizer, scrubbing pads, etc) Assist front-of-house staff with cleaning coffee station equipment during busy shifts, as-needed Cleaning tasks around the shop - maintaining restrooms, deep cleaning equipment Complete weekly and monthly cleaning checklist Prep duties such as juicing citrus, cleaning / slicing produce, cutting butter, etc. Prepare breakfast sandwiches Compensation & Benefits: This is an hourly position starting at $15 per hour + health, vision, dental & 401k match Bonuses are paid 1x per year, in December. You are eligible for a bonus after 6 months, and they are paid based on performance of the employee and performance of the business. Paid paternity / maternity leave Other Information: Weekend and early morning availability required.
