NOTE: This is a position at one of the best night markets in California, this is NOT a regular restaurant. Please DO NOT APPLY before researching "El Gato Night Market" in downtown L.A and "El Mercadito Night Market" in East Los Angeles. DUTIES: Maintain a clean/sanitary line Show up to work on time in proper uniform Appropriately prep/stock stations and set up/break down stations Make food to the correct specs/temperatures Fill and stock stations before any shift change Keep station prep organized in walk in/downsize product Clean all equipment daily/throughout the shift • Restaurant experience preferred • Have a passion to provide genuine hospitality • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining great enthusiasm • Be a team player with a strong work ethic • Have strong communication skills • MUST SPEAK ENGLIS AND SPANISH AND HAVE GRILL EXPERIENCE. Fri 4PM- 12:30 am Sat 4pm-12: 30am Sun 4pm-1:30 am. Hours of work may change without any notice.
