Food Truck Cook (Sacramento)

Sacramento's Fastest Growing Food Truck Company, is currently hiring for the following positions… DRIVER/LINE COOK (Weekdays and Weekends, Lunch and Dinner Shifts) Driver/Cook Job Description: ● Responsible for the overall operation and management of our food truck at local high-volume community and private events. ● Work various lunch and/or dinner shifts in various locations throughout the week. ● Prepare and present our menu with pride in a consistent manner to our loyal and growing customer base. ● Capable of handling various tasks during fast paced service. ● Coordinate and communicate with food prep personnel to assure proper inventory and quality standards are consistently maintained on the truck. Ideal Candidates: ● Some form of food/restaurant experience would be nice. Do not need to be overly experienced. Will train the right, enthusiastic individual. ● Must have a clean driving record, your own reliable transportation, and be comfortable and confident driving a 20ft+ food truck. ● Must be flexible, reliable, mature, detail oriented, willing to learn and habitually on time!!! ● Be comfortable working in a high volume, fast paced environment. ● Must be physically able and willing to work in both the heat and the cold. ● Possess a fun and professional attitude, able to communicate and work well with customers and fellow employees. ● Be self motivated and able to solve problems on the fly. ● Capable and comfortable managing a small staff, communicating with the public and various venue personnel.
