Looking for experienced prep cook and dishwasher to join our busy seafood and cocktail bar. Ideal candidate will be able to maintain clean works spaces and keep up with assisting line cooks with necessary prep while also keeping dish pit clean and organized. Will be comfortable cleaning and or prepping outside of kitchen on occasion as well as assisting line with restocking products during service, getting ice from the ice machines and helping keep FOH stocked with glassware and silverware. We'd like someone positive and conscientious to join our team as a deli prep assistant, cashier and to create grab and go options and baked goods for both Trout Lily Market and our sister store Round Earth Roasters. Food prep experience is a plus, but the new hire will ultimately be trained in all aspects of the store including the deli, grocery, front counter service and as a barista. Once fully trained and confident, closing solo the last hour or so will be required. Open availability is preferred with open weekends a requirement.
