Job Title: Line Cook – Pizzeria Location: 7365 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89134 Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Salary: Starting at $15-$18/hr with room to grow based on experience Casa Mia is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team—where great pizza and teamwork come together. If you’re passionate about cooking, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and know your way around a pizza oven, we want to hear from you! Please only apply if you have kitchen/Linecook/Prep experience. We are looking for someone who knows how to work as a team player and wants a long-term position, with room to grow. Responsibilities: Prepare various menu items including salads, pastas, and sides. Must know your way around a stove and a fryer and how to cut vegetables. And when needed, know how (or be willing to learn) to press dough for pizzas. Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow food safety standards and kitchen procedures Work efficiently with team members to ensure smooth kitchen flow during busy shifts. Follow lead of head chef, but be able to work efficiently and independently to get the job done. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen, preferably in a pizzeria or similar setting. Strong communication skills and a Positive Attitude!! – We are big on teamwork here. Must speak English. Spanish is a plus.
