**Job Position Summary:** We are looking for an **experienced Retail/Office Administrator Assistant** to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service and retail support across our showroom, phone, and online platforms. You will play an important part in keeping the showroom organized, ensuring an outstanding experience for every visitor, and providing administrative and operational support to the Owner — including stepping in when they are away. --- **Key Responsibilities:** * **Customer Service:** Provide in-store, phone, email, and online support.
