Your Qualifications The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC. Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred. Qualifications: • Have at least 1 year of previous experience in property management • Are team player, able to multi-task, and handle uncomfortable conversations • Strong organizational and communication skills • Are punctual with a great attendance record • Experience with computers, internet and Microsoft office software.
