Mdag Properties Inc, is looking for an property maintenance person in Syracuse NY near Wescott & East Genesee street. This is 5 buildings with 46 apartments. if needed an apartment will be available to you at a reduced rent. Available March 1st or 15th Must have own tools. Must have own transportation. Plumbing Simple electric. HVAC Wall repair Painting Flooring General Repair Knowledge a Must You will be responsible for cutting the lawn, shoveling sidewalks in the wintertime, apartment turnover and miscellaneous items in apartment buildings. Once a week you will need to vacuum the hallways and maintain the premises inside and out. This is a PART TIME position or ON CALL as needed. This is a relatively EZ job but we need someone onsite to manage contractors, and tenants! Perfect for a retiree.
