Job description Escrow Manager/ coordinator to a Nationwide Private Real Estate Lender located in Las Vegas. Must have one or more of the following experience to be considered Escrow, Title insurance, Loan Underwriting, Loan Officer, Loan Processor, Insurance Underwriting, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Real Estate assistant, Real Estate appraisal EXPERIENCE IS A MUST! We operate a fun, action packed environment where you will be exposed to a wide variety of real estate and lending transactions. If you are the kind of person that wants to be "in the deal" everyday and work in a fast paced environment where you will be mentored directly by the owner of the company, then this is the place for you. We are looking for an administrator to perform a variety of tasks and support our company’s owner. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have incredible attention to detail, great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support directly to the owner. STRONG MS OFFICE, ADOBE, ONE DRIVE, GOOGLE DRIVE and the ability to learn new business software platforms is a must. Your ability to communicate professionally, using proper grammar, with business affiliates through email and on the telephone is extremely important as you will be the point of contact for our company. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence Skills Work experience as an escrow assistant, escrow officer, loan processor, loan officer, real estate assistant, real estate agent, insurance underwriter, accounting clerk, bookkeeper or similar role is a must. Excellent MS Office knowledge Outstanding organizational and time management skills Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines) Excellent verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality High School degree Job Type: Full-time Pay: Salary and bonus combined. Bonus Pay is determined by effectiveness in the position determined by the total amount of loans closed.
