As a coach, you will have the opportunity to teach and inspire children between the ages of 2 and 6 years old through our multi-sport enrichment program. The Company: Youth Athletes United was created to provide the best programming and service in the market for youth sports, starting with their first sports experience. Children need to have FUN while learning the FUNdamentals of sport. Our goal is to provide an experience where every child is an athlete. The POSITION: We are seeking coaches for our multi-sport enrichment program. Amazing Athletes was founded in 2003 and has grown into one of the nations largest multi sport enrichment programs with over 50,000 kids enrolled each year. Our programs come with ready- made curriculums and extensive training to help you get up to speed quickly and enjoy working with the kids! The SCHEDULE: The majority of classes are held during the morning and early afternoon hours as well as weekends. Monday-Friday (Times): 9:00am -12:00pm and/or 2:30pm-5:30pm Weekends: (Times) 8:00am -1:00pm The LOCATION: Classes are held across schools, parks, and recreational centers. Coaches are expected to travel up to an hour to get to a class location. Requirements What We’re Looking For BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 3-5+ years of experience in training, consulting, or working with individuals who exhibit challenging or dangerous behavior. Experience in autism/DD, psychiatric settings, brain injury rehabilitation, or similar human service environments. Strong background in handling high-intensity behavioral challenges, including the use of physical management procedures. Comfortable with extensive travel (30 weeks per year, including occasional weekends). Ability to physically demonstrate behavioral safety techniques, including standing/kneeling for extended periods. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Tech-savvy – proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with virtual collaboration tools.
