Requirements Who You Are 3–5 years experience in software quality assurance, QA engineering, or equivalent roles. Strong manual testing skills with a demonstrated interest in growing automated test coverage. Familiar with QA tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent. Deep understanding of AI/ML systems or experience testing non-deterministic outputs (bonus if you’ve worked with LLMs, AI APIs, or recommendation systems). Analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about building seamless user experiences. Exceptional communicator — able to write clear bug reports, escalate effectively, and advocate for users internally. This individual will serve as the on-call escalation point for HVAC installation technicians encountering challenges with Mini Split unit installations. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Flexibility to work an on-call schedule. No degree required—experience and technical expertise are the priority.
