Job Title: Seeking Full-Time, E-Course Director To Help Create, Launch, Manage, & Scale Online Real Estate Program Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, highly ambitious, results-oriented High-Ticket Online Course Director to join our team who will be responsible for effectively leading the charge to help us launch and scale our first online course. The ideal candidate for this position has experience in the following industries: high-ticket courses, direct response marketing, online sales; and has held a leadership role in a previous successful online course launch. You will spearhead all efforts including but not limited to: crafting the offer and pricing variants, structuring the actual program, having a deep understanding of the market and potential buyers of the product, planning of delivery and fulfillment, storyboarding all creative elements such as promotional material and video sales letters, building out the LMS (learning management system), leading marketing and advertising campaigns for both warm and cold audiences, assembling sales + customer support processes, systems, and scripts, and continually managing and optimizing all moving parts to scale and improve sales and quality of the product. You will have major upside earnings included through a meaningful profit share on all course sales. Responsibilities: Craft the offer and help with creating/structuring the actual program, based on needs of the market. While no real estate experience is required, experience with creating, launching, and scaling an online course is required. Regularly collaborate/communicate with the Founder of the company Conduct insightful research on the market and potential buyers of the product to gain a deep understanding of customer needs, competitor products/pricing, and high-performing creative assets. Provide leadership and management to all involved departments: Sales, Customer Support, Fulfillment/Coaching (if applicable), Marketing, Creative. Recruit, retain, develop, motivate, and coach talent, fostering professional growth and ensuring fitness for company culture. Work alongside the Creative Team to research, plan, and shoot optimal video/photo assets to be used for Marketing and Sales (such as: advertisements, VSL’s, etc…) Build or outsource the build of warm and cold marketing campaigns that are profitable and aligned with the brand/company Build and manage a Sales team/systems Build and manage a Customer Support team/systems Create a culture of doing what what ever it takes for Winning in business & life that inspires team members to spearhead and perform at their highest capabilities, optimizing their effectiveness to enable the timeliness and quality that is Moses Hershko Development.
