Create marketing campaigns and maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms. Brainstorm fresh content ideas, including project updates, behind-the-scenes moments, and brand storytelling pieces. Manage analytics, engagement, and growth strategies across all digital channels. Assist in developing the visual identity of the brand (graphics, titles, thumbnails, etc.) Occasionally travel to job sites or events for on-location shoots. Qualifications Proven experience with filming, photography, and video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar). Comfortable working on construction sites and capturing live action. Strong communication and time-management skills. Marketing or branding experience preferred.
