The Program Manager role drives urgency within their team and the customer; every day matters as you drive this program team within an industry-first partnership. As we have rapidly evolved up the technical scientific stack towards AI we require an uncompromising and results-driven project leader to help us deliver scientific and operational value within the constraints of the contract.  You are a customer centric and see-around-the-corner individual with a passion for navigating customer intricacies while maintaining delivery timelines. You will need to fundamentally embody the principles of extreme ownership and have a demonstrated history of delivering challenging or complex implementations with several stakeholders.  For the avoidance of doubt, we remain in the category creation and evangelism phase and thus there is no industry playbook for this implementation or partnership. This entails deep and collaborative oversight as well as collective urgency to ensure TetraScience meets or exceeds customer’s operational and scientific value delivery in an Agile framework leveraging a Scrum-lite methodology. Lead end-to-end program delivery for a groundbreaking scientific data transformation involving 10+ workstreams across R&D, manufacturing, and quality systems Drive daily standup with customer stakeholders, ensuring full transparency on progress, blockers, and potential timeline impacts or adjustments Orchestrate cross-functional teams (TetraScience Sciborgs, Engineering, Customer Engagement) to deliver integrated scientific use cases Manage complex technical dependencies including cloud infrastructure, product development, data engineering pipelines, and AI model deployment Translate between highly technical teams and executives, ensuring alignment on both scientific outcomes and business value realization Requirements 10+ years of Program Management experience in a Professional Services setting, implementing complex technical solutions with 5 - 10+ concurrent workstreams 5+ years of Public Cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or Enterprise software experience Experience delivering projects or programs within the biopharma industry to an external customer Measurable past performance of efficiently managing the delivery and support of multiple simultaneous workstreams across different teams Proven project/program leadership experience in an Agile, and Scrum, customer-facing deployment environment. Demonstrated collaborative communication and influencing skills Demonstrated ability to influence without authority Demonstrated capability to effectively engage in VP-Level conversations in a customer-facing role This is an on-site position; minimum expected 4-to-5 days per week onsite in Cambridge, MA Ideal If You Have Deep experience in Life Sciences and Pharma workflows, especially surrounding drug design and development, biologics, automation, or new modalities. We’re looking for an IT Operations Manager to own and scale our IT function. This is a hands-on role today: you’ll manage devices, support employees, maintain on-prem equipment, and build out the internal cloud infrastructure that powers our business. As the company grows, you’ll take on a more strategic role — setting the IT roadmap, managing vendors, and building an IT team. You’ll collaborate closely with our Cloud/SecOps team: aligning on security, integrations, and shared infrastructure, while owning the operations, employee-facing cloud systems, and support side of IT. Responsibilities Lead IT operations: endpoint management, device lifecycle, and vendor management. Be hands-on with support: onboarding, troubleshooting, tickets, and escalations. Manage on-prem hardware, office networking, and SaaS tooling. Design and implement internal cloud infrastructure for IT operations (e.g., SSO/IdP, MDM, IAM, automation, SaaS integrations). Support implementation of IT processes such as MFA, SSO, endpoint management, logging, and patch management. Improve reliability and efficiency of internal systems, with a focus on employee productivity. Collaborate with the Cloud/SecOps team on infrastructure integrations, identity management, and compliance readiness. Evaluate, select, and manage IT vendors (hardware, SaaS, MDM, networking). Document IT workflows and continuously improve processes for scale. Support compliance readiness and security audits by aligning IT operations with organizational policies and compliance frameworks. Anticipate future needs: prepare for IT team growth, design scalable processes, and eventually mentor/manage IT staff. Requirements 6+ years in IT or infrastructure roles, with at least 2 years of ownership or leadership experience. Strong hands-on experience with device management, networking, and internal cloud systems (AWS/GCP/Azure for IAM, automation, SaaS integrations). Proven success implementing IT processes and internal tooling in a growing organization. Excellent communication skills — able to set direction, influence stakeholders, and work cross-functionally. Comfortable being hands-on today while preparing to take on a more strategic leadership role as we scale. Familiarity with regulated, compliance-driven environments (e.g., CMMC, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST) and experience supporting compliance initiatives is a plus. Position Overview: Collaborate with the project management team to plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently, take initiative, solve problems, and make decisions in a dynamic construction environment. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and collaborate with team members. Travel to project sites may be required.
