Apply Here: https://recruiting.paylocity.com/Recruiting/Jobs/Details/3469769 We have 4 main shifts, working 12-hours on a rotating 4-3-3-4 A shift - 7am - 7pm Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Tuesday B shift - 7pm - 7am Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Tuesday C shift - 7am - 7pm Saturday, Sunday, Monday and every other Tuesday A shift - 7pm - 7am Saturday, Sunday, Monday and every other Tuesday You can also work a 6-hours shift, part-time schedule during one of these shifts from 7am-1pm, 1pm-7pm, 7pm-1am, or 1am-7am The Heat Seal Operator is responsible for operating heat-sealing equipment to apply emblems to garments. This role demands precision, accuracy, and consistent output in a fast-paced production environment. Minimum Qualifications Strong attention to detail and consistent quality awareness Good verbal communication and ability to follow both written and verbal instructions Comfortable with repetitive upper-body and arm movements, including bending, twisting, on pull/push cycles next to the machine Able to lift and safely carry items weighing 20 to 50lb, occasionally, with proper technique or team lift as needed Capable of standing or walking continuously for an entire shift (11.5 hour shifts) Excellent attendance is essential; must adhere to schedule and punctuality expectations Willingness to work overtime, evenings or weekends as business needs require
