The ideal candidate for this position should have a passion for creating safe, nurturing, and dynamic environments where students can learn and grow. As an instructor at Tutor Me Education, you will work with students with special needs and help them achieve academic success. You will be responsible for assisting students with their daily activities, providing them with moral support, and providing 1:1 instruction at their homes. Services takes place in Reno, Las Vegas, Henderson, and other cities in Nevada. We are currently hiring for many positions. Tutoring takes place at student's home or preferred location Mostly Monday through Friday afternoons Earn $25-$35 per hour Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students who have special education needs. Develop customized lesson plans and teaching strategies that align with each student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP). Adapt instructional methods, materials, and assessments to cater to the unique learning styles and requirements of each student. Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to instructional techniques as needed. Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and special education teams to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational experience. Maintain open and regular communication with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns. Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that supports the emotional and behavioral development of students.
